We follow the footsteps of Lieutenant Bình, a policeman tracing the elusive maneuvers of the Windy Devil Gang: from bustling city streets and chaotic nightclubs to river docks and towering mountain caves, encountering the faces of good and evil, past and present, deceit and innocence.
