Son of Ecuatorian born Mexican actor Jorge Fegan. Jorge Alejandro was born in Mexico City. He studied acting and filmmaking in INCINE, the first film, and one of the most renown, schools in Ecuador. He graduated with his first feature film "Los Canallas", a coral movie composed by three short films, one of them directed by him. He majored in film at the Universidad de Cuenca. Later on he obtained a Masters in Film Bussiness by ESCAC in Barcelona- Spain.
