It follows a man as he gets an epiphany in a repair shop and ends up becoming a mechanic's apprentice.
Perihan, her daughter Berna, and their family live together comfortably. Ferda, Perihan's famous daughter, runs a beloved hair salon. Ferda blames her troubles on her mother's abandonment. Berna is married with three children. Ferda has an affair with Berna's husband, causing a tragic event. Duru, Perihan's granddaughter studying in the US, arrives for the funeral. Ferda surprises the family by calling Perihan "mother," revealing a secret. This leads to a war between mother and daughter, affecting their neighbors Ipek and Aras.
Sevkat lives in and old neighborhood in İstanbul. He has an egg store in the market. There are colorful personalities in the neighborhood. They all do everything together for better and worse like in the old times.
Kahraman is a naive and right-minded guy. In a lovely Anatolian town, he earns a living as an attendant in a Turkish bath inherited from his great grandfathers. One day, a wealthy constructor named Tuncay wants to demolish the bath and the marketplace it is located in, and build a mall in their place. Barber Cemil, Kahraman's enemy, convinces the craftsmen in the marketplace and collaborates with Tuncay to start the demolishment immediately. Kahraman does not want the marketplace he was born into to be demolished and he does not believe in the empty promises of Tuncay.
